Background:
During the Paving and Utilities Phase 3 Edith Landels Project, unforeseen conditions and design revisions have occurred, resulting in revisions to the scope of the original project.
These changes require contingency money to be used. A construction contingency of $25,000.00 has been budgeted for this project and is included in the contract.
Change Order #1 which is a credit in the amount of ($16,963) will decrease the Marina Landscaping contract amount to $197,355.00
Fiscal Implication:
This contract is charged to Measure T. As this change order is a net credit back to the District, here is no impact to the project budget.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1 for American Asphalt for the Paving and Utilities Phase 3 Edith Landels Project.
