MVWSD would like to increase the substitute daily and long-term compensation rates in order to remain competitive with neighboring districts. 

Fiscal Implication:
$700,000.00

Recommended Action: 
We recommend that the Board of Trustees approve an increase to the substitute compensation rates effective November 1, 2024.
