Agenda Item Title: Ongoing Major and Deferred Maintenance Plan

Background:
To be eligible to receive funding from the State from the voter approved school facilities construction bond program the District must submit its Ongoing Major and Deferred Maintenance Plan.
The plan includes major maintenance needs, schedule for completing the maintenance, and estimated cost for completion. The District will review the plan annually and update the plan as needed.
Fiscal Implication:
$ 20,429,746 from Measure T and General Fund
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Ongoing Major and Deferred Maintenance Plan as presented.
