Background: 

Staff will present an overview of the planned Mathematics programming update and curriculum adoption process.  

District staff is beginning a two year project to update mathematics programming and curriculum K-8.    This work is aligned to the District Strategic Plan 2027 through Goal Area 1 - Effective and consistent instructional practices that meet the needs of all students and Strategic Initiative 1a.3:  Develop programs to increase opportunities for underrepresented students to reach high levels of academic success.
