Background: 
October 1, 2024 marks the beginning of LGBTQ+ History Month. MVWSD recognizes the importance of honoring the achievements of our LGBTQ+ community members and reflecting thoughtfully on the history of pain and oppression they endured and that continues. We honor them this month ad infinitum.

Fiscal Implication:
None at this time.
