Background:
Staff will present an update on staff housing and present a resolution to establish a Staff Housing Oversight Committee.
This committee will assist the District in operations and management of the Project and provide recommendations to the Board including, but not limited to approval/recommendations of rental rates and deposit, review budget and financials, review contracts and vendor performance, and tenant disputes.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve and adopt Resolution No. 05-082224 Establishing The Staff Housing Oversight Committee as presented.
