Agenda Item Title:  Approval of Schematic Design, Budget and Schedule for the Alterations to the District Office and Portable Complex Project

Background: 

In order to create additional work stations, offices and storage space for r itinerant staff/teachers (early literacy team, vision specialists and behaviorists) district office staff, the existing tech services area of the District Office will be renovated to include additional workstations and conference space. Additionally, the existing portable complex will be renovated to better accommodate and organize departments and responsibilities in the portable annex. Staff will present the schematic design, budget and schedule for this project.



Fiscal Implication:

Fund 400 Special Reserves for Capital Improvements - $2,178,640.



Recommended Action: 

It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve the schematic design, budget and schedule presented for the Alterations to the District Office and Portable Complex Project.
