Background:
The Board will consider the ratification of the Tentative Agreement and salary increase with CSEA in today's meeting. In accordance with past practice, staff recommends increasing the salaries of management and unrepresented staff at the same percentages.
Proposed salary increases for 2024-2027 reflect the following:
2024-25: 5% increase to the salary schedule
2025-26: 5% increase
2026-27: 4% increase

Fiscal Implication:
2024-2025: $779,619
2025-2026: $829,973
2026-2027: $711,161
Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Board approve the salary schedules for management and unrepresented staff as presented.
