Background:
The California School Employees Association and the Mountain View Whisman School District negotiation team have reached a tentative agreement for the successor agreement for school years 2024-2027. The agreement includes a 5% increase to the Classified Salary Schedule in 2024-2025, a 5% increase to the Classified Salary Schedule in 2025-2026, and a 4% increase to the Classified Salary Schedule in 2026-2027, The collective bargaining agreement between the District and CSEA shall remain in full force and effect, except as amended in this document, and as provided in the attached tentative agreements.

Article 9 - Transfers/Promotions
Article 12 - Leaves
Article 14 - Compensation and Benefits
Article 15 - Professional Growth
Article 21 - Negotiations and Terms
Fiscal Implication:
2024-2025: $1,014,918
2025-2026: $1,090,362
2026-2027: $942,454
Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Board approve the Tentative Agreement between the California School Employees Association Chapter # 812 (CSEA) and the Mountain View Whisman School District, as presented.
