Agenda Item Title: YMCA of Silicon Valley Facility Use Lease Agreement

Background:
The District has a long-standing relationship with the YMCA of Silicon Valley to provide services for students after school. The District will provide YMCA with the following school sites:
- Bubb
- Imai
- Landels
- Mistral
- Theuerkauf
- Vargas
- Stevenson
This contract will provide space for the YMCA through July 1, 2026.
Fiscal Implication:
Yearly lease income will be $443,318.84.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the YMCA Facility Use Lease Agreement.
