The District is in the process of updating Board policies at the recommendation of the California School Board Association, Board Bylaw 9270 Conflict of Interest has been updated to reflect those recommendations.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Board Bylaw 9270 Conflict of Interest, at first reading, as presented.
