The District is in the process of updating Board policies at the recommendation of the California School Boards Association, Board Policy 6162.6 Use of Copyrighted Materials has been updated to reflect those recommendations.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Board Policy 6162.6 Use of Copyrighted Materials at first reading, as presented.
