Background:
The Consolidated Application spring release serves as the District’s formal request to the California Department of Education for state and federal categorical funding for the 2024-2024 school year. Categorical funds are restricted funds and may only be spent on items specified per categorical regulations. Consultation with District English Learner Advisory Committee was conducted and approval was secured.
Fiscal Implication:
District entitlements for the 2024-2025 school year are unknown at this time.

Title II, Part A: $97,369
Title III EL student program: $126,451
Title III Immigrant: 44,178
Title IV, Part A LEA: $17,553
