The Governing Board is required to review the District's Conflict of Interest Code every even-numbered year. This year the code has been modified to be add Director of Early Literacy.

It is recommended that Board of Trustees approve and adopt Resolution No. 02-120723, Conflict of Interest Code, as presented.
