Background: 

During the New Roll Up Door at Vargas Elementary School project, unforeseen conditions have occurred, resulting in revisions to the scope of the original project. 

Change Order No. 1 for $12,704 increased the Ron Paris Construction contract amount to $108,321.00.

Change Order No. 2 for $4,452.00 will increase the Ron Paris Construction contract amount to $112,773.00.   



Fiscal Implication:

The monies required for Change Order No. 2 will not exceed $4,452.00. After Change Order No. 2, the balance remaining in the construction contingency will be $0.00. 



Recommended Action: 

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order No. 2 for the New Roll Up Door at Vargas Elementary School project.
