Background:
During the MVWSD District Office Reconfiguration Phase 1 Project, a design revision has occurred, resulting in revisions to the scope of the original project.
Change Order No. 1 for $11,900.00 will increase E.F. Brett's contract amount to $69,951.00.
Fiscal Implication:
The monies required for Change Order No. 1 will not exceed $11,900.00.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order No. 1 for the MVWSD District Office Reconfiguration Phase 1 Project, as presented.
