Agenda Item Title: Action Day Primary Plus Bio-Swell Request

Background:
Action Day Primary Plus is requesting to add bio-retentions to the parking lot area. This request is a requirement of current codes and is part of the original request that was brought for review on 4/6/23 and 5/4/23 to expand their operations. Several community feedback sessions were previously held by Action Day.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Action Day Primary Plus' request, as presented.
