Agenda Item Title: Change Order No. 3 for the District Wide Window Replacement Project

Background:
During the District Wide Window Replacement Phase 1 and Phase 2 Project, unforeseen conditions and design revisions have occurred, resulting in revisions to the scope of the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used. A construction contingency of $1,677,552.00 has been budgeted for this project.
Change Order No. 3 for $10,986.00 will increase the E.F. Brett contract amount to $17,622,120.00
Fiscal Implication:
The monies required for Change Order No. 3 will not exceed $10,986.00. After Change Order No. 3, the balance remaining in the construction contingency will be $1,666,566.00.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order No. 3 for the District Wide Window Replacement Project.
