Background: 

Our success on behalf of our students is magnified when we work together. The Turtle Award is designed to recognize an admirable employee who demonstrates exceptional collaboration and teamwork with their colleagues and/  or students at MVWSD.

 

For example, Turtle Awardees may go above and beyond when they:

  • Promote and support respectful relationships among colleagues.

  • Actively participate in collaborative problem solving and work together to overcome obstacles.

  • Work positively and productively with other team members towards a shared goal

  • Consistently offer support, assistance and encouragement to co-workers
