Background:
The District-Wide HVAC Modernization Project Phase 5 School includes the replacement of aging HVAC units at Bubb Elementary School, Crittenden Middle School, Graham Middle School, Imai Elementary School, Landels Elementary School, Latham Preschool, Monta Loma Elementary School, Stevenson Elementary School and Theuerkauf Elementary School. The project includes HVAC units that were not replaced under previous Measure G or Measure T Projects that are at or beyond their useful life expectancy.
Fiscal Implication:
Measure T Bond Program - $3,656,391
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve the schematic design, budget and schedule presented for the District-Wide HVAC Modernization Project Phase 5.
