Background:
During the District Wide Security System Upgrades (Access Control) Project, unforeseen conditions and District requests for additional scope have occurred, resulting in revisions to the scope of the original project. Change Order No. 1 for $29,022.85 will increase the Paladin Technologies contract amount to $5,014,612.84.
Fiscal Implication:
The monies required for Change Order No. 1 will not exceed $29,022.85.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order No. 1 for the District Wide Security System Upgrades (Access Control) Project.
