Agenda Item Title: Notice of Completion - Storage Buildings at Various Sites Project - Rebid, Guerra Construction Group

Background:
On November 4th, 2022, the Board approved the construction contract for the Storage Buildings at Various Sites Project - Rebid, from Measure T funds. The Board approved the award of the project to Guerra Construction Group. Work is now substantially complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The District currently holds retention in the amount of $31,378.45, or 5% of the final contract value. After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notices of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount, provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the filing of the Notice of Completion for the Storage Buildings at Various Sites Project - Rebid.
