Background:
During the New Roll Up Door at Vargas Elementary School project, unforeseen conditions have occurred, resulting in revisions to the scope of the original project.
Change Order No. 1 for $12,704.00 will increase the Ron Paris Construction contract amount to $108,321.00.
Fiscal Implication:
The monies required for Change Order No. 1 will not exceed $12,704.00.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order No. 1 for the New Roll Up Door at Vargas Elementary School project.
