Agenda Item Title: Planning for a Possible Parcel Tax Renewal (30 minutes)

Background:
In 2017 voters approved Measure B, a parcel tax that generates $2.8 million annually for the district. Measure B will expire in 2025. TeamCivX with FM3 upon request will do a feasibility assessment, ballot measure development, and provide public information.
Fiscal Implication:
Base consulting fee of $7,500 a month and additional services as requested.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the contract with TeamCivX, as presented.
