Agenda Item Title:  Setting Norms for Joint Meeting with MVLA, MVWSD, and the City of Mountain View (30 minutes)

Background: 

On September 18, 2023 a joint agency kickoff meeting between the Shoreline Regional Park Community and the Mountain View Whisman School District and Mountain View Los Altos High School District.  The purpose of the joint meeting is to help all agencies move forward in the negotiations of a long term agreement.  The facilitator, Dr. Kelly Bowers, will discuss themes, norms, and values for the joint meeting.
