Background:
During the District Wide Vape Sensor Replacement at Graham and Crittenden Middle Schools project, design revisions have occurred, resulting in revisions to the scope of the original project.
Change Order No. 1 for $11,410.09 will increase the Guerra Construction contract amount to $72,022.09.
Fiscal Implication:
The monies required for Change Order No. 1 will not exceed $11,410.09. After Change Order No. 1, the balance remaining in the construction contingency will be $0.00.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order No. 1 for the District Wide Vape Sensor Replacement at Graham and Crittenden Middle Schools project.
