Agenda Item Title: September 18, 2023 Joint Meeting for the Education Enhancement Reserve Joint Powers Authority (Shoreline) questions to be asked and responded to (45 minutes)

Background:
On September 18th, 2023 Mountain View Whisman School District, Mountain View Los Altos High School District, and the City will hold a joint meeting to build trust, working relationships, and share perceptions that will help establish a constructive framework for future collaboration around the Education Enhancement Reserve Joint Powers Agreement (tax increment from Shoreline that would have been diverted to the City). This will help support our staff’s work to sit down and negotiate the successor Education Enhancement Reserve Joint Powers Agreement.
Staff is requesting that the board provide additional questions if they have them and direct staff to answer some or all of the questions from the City.
