Background:
The YMCA has been a long-standing partner with the District in serving our students. The Eleventh Amendment continues this long standing relationship. The District values the partnership with the YMCA and has continued to keep the lease payments well below market value. This amendment changes the room used by the YMCA at Theuerkauf.
Fiscal Implication:
Theuerkauf's room is now 851 square foot, making the annual rent to $32,051.73.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the lease agreement with YMCA (Eleventh Amendment 2023-2024).
