Agenda Item Title: Award of Addendum No. 1 for Dreiling Terrones Architecture (DTA) for the District Office Alterations Project

Background:
The District Office Alterations Project, Phase 1, requires the services of a fire sprinkler designer to address fire sprinkler heads which will need to be relocated as part of this project. The original proposal from DTA Architects did not include fire sprinkler engineering as those services were not anticipated at the time the original proposal was put together. DTA Architects has provided a proposal for the required services in the amount of $2,500.00.
Fiscal Implication:
DTA Architects has provided a proposal for the fire sprinkler design services in the amount of $2,500.00. This amount is within budget for design contingency for the project.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Addendum No. 1 for Dreiling Terrones Architecture for the District Office Alterations Project.
