Background: 

On October 22, 2020, The Board approved the design-build construction contract for the Solar Facilities Project at Multiple Sites, from Measure T funds. The Board approved the award of the project to Engie Services U.S., Inc. Work is now substantially complete.



Fiscal Implication:

The District currently holds retention in the amount of $503,022.54 or 5% of the final contract value. After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notices of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount, provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.



Recommended Action: 

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the filing of the Notice of Completion for the Solar Facilities Project at Multiple Sites.
