Background:
The District has been fiscally conservative, which has benefited employees and students. The District would like to provide Beyond the Bell Staff with a one-time payment. This one-time payment for Beyond the Bell staff is equitable pay in lieu of the 2022-2023 off-scheduled one-time 3% payment that was offered to salaried staff.
2022-2023 One-Time Payment (off-schedule): The District shall provide each eligible Beyond the Bell employee a one-time, off-schedule payment of $900.00 as of the date of the Governing Board approval. This amount will be paid as soon as possible. The Beyond the Bell employee must be in paid status with the District as of the date the Board approves the one-time payment.
