Background:
Cathy Jelic, Chief Operating Officer for Action Day - Primary Plus, will present a campus expansion plan request for the Cooper Campus site. Ms. Jelic will describe the public outreach process and feedback collected as well as the lease proposal. Ms. Jelic is requesting that DSA approval be waved for the expansion. Based on Board direction, an amendment to the lease will be brought back during the next Board meeting.
Fiscal Implication:
$4,340,398 additional revenue over 10 years.
