Agenda Item Title:  Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) Future Growth Consideration (60 minutes)

Background: 
Growth within Mountain View and diverting tax revenue from the Shoreline area will adversely impact the District. There is no current plan to address the operational costs of adding students, leading to larger class sizes and forcing the District to cut programs. Additionally, due to the lack of school space, the District will need to house students on our fields. The North Bayshore DEIR plan predicts that 1,471 additional students will be generated on top of already approved projects.
