Agenda Item Title: Approval of Architectural Services Agreement with Dreiling Terrones Architecture Inc., for the Exterior Painting Project at Crittenden and Graham Middle Schools

Background:
The exterior painting project at Crittenden and Graham Middle Schools includes painting of all exterior building surfaces at each of the sites including buildings, doors, windows, sheet metal, structural posts, downspouts and the underside of the covered walkways at each site. The project requires the services of an architectural firm to provide plans and specifications for the project as well as assist the District with product and color selection.
Fiscal Implication:
Dreiling Terrones Architecture has presented a fee proposal for the required services in the amount of $34,125.00. This contract is charged to Measure T.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Architectural Services Agreement with Dreiling Terrones Architecture Inc., in the amount of $34,125.00 for the Exterior Painting Project at Crittenden and Graham Middle Schools.
