Background: 

The Mountain View Whisman School District submitted form SAB 50-04, Application for Funding for the County School Facilities Program for new construction/modernization projects within the District.

 

Per Education Code section 17070.43, school districts are authorized to establish a restricted fund known as the County School Facilities Fund, Fund 35 to deposit the funds.



Fiscal Implication:

None.



Recommended Action: 

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Resolution No. 03-012623 to Establish a County School Facilities Fund 35.
