Background:
Over the next few years the District intends to expand enrollment in transitional kindergarten. The District would like to apply for the Transitional Kindergarten and Full-Day Kindergarten Facilities Grant Program for new construction and/or retrofit of full-day transitional kindergarten and/or kindergarten classrooms. This resolution would authorize District staff to file all required documents.

Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Resolution No. 02-012623, California Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten and Full-Day Kindergarten Facilities Grant Program.
