Background:
The District is in the process of updating policies at the recommendation of the California School Boards Association.
The proposed changes reflect new language recommended by the California School Boards Association regarding employee and employer rights and protections.
Board Policy No. 4119.1 Civil and Legal Rights has been updated to reflect those recommendations.
