Background: 
MVWSD recognizes the immediate and long-term health advantages of breastfeeding for infants and mothers and desires to provide a supportive environment for any Trustee to express milk for her infant child upon her return to active service as a Trustee following the birth of her child.

Recommended Action: 
Staff recommends adopting Resolution #01-111722, permitting lactation breaks during board meetings for nursing trustees.
