Background: 
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Establishment of Easements and Cost Sharing Obligations for 777 West Middlefield

Fiscal Implication:
There will be no cost to the District.  All costs associated with the agreement will be paid by the collection of rent. 

Recommended Action: 
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Establishment of Easements and Cost Sharing Obligations for 777 West Middlefield.
