Background:
On November 19, 2015, the District's Governing Board approved Resolution No. 1580.11/15 delegating authority to award contracts to the District's Superintendent, Chief Business Officer, Associate Superintendent(s), and Assistant Superintendent(s) pursuant to Education Code sections 17604 and 17605.
All contracts approved by those authorized to do so pursuant to that delegation authority are to be submitted to the District's Governing Board for ratification. Contracts that do not, however, involve an item of expenditure in excess of the bid limits specified in Public Contract Code section 20111 need only be reviewed by the District's Governing Board every 60 days. The applicable bid limits are $15,000 for construction contracts and $99,100 in 2022 (adjusted annually) for the purchase of equipment, materials, supplies, non-construction services, or repairs including maintenance.

- CIS Inc. - Inspections services for the Landels and Stevenson generator projects from October 17, 2022 through February 1, 2023, $6,250.00
- Enrique S. Flores- Will provide three (3) in-person inspirational speeches to students at Graham Middle on November 4, 2022, $1,500.00.
- GreeneSport Association- Will provide referee services for after-school sporting events for Graham Middle School during the 2022-2023 school year, $2,000.00.
- Imagineerz Learning LLC- Will provide in-person and video lessons based projects for Kinder through 5th grade students at Imai Elementary from November 4, 2022 through June 30, 2023, $8,100.00.
- Paper Education America Inc. - 24/7 academic support to students from 11/7/22 - 11/7/23, 33,750.00
- Peopleologie- This contract amendment with Peopleologie will provide Imai Elementary three (3) additional workshops on Hands-on Humanities & Cultural Arts on November 30, 2022 and February 7, 2023, $1,545.00.
