Background:
On November 19, 2015, the District's Governing Board approved Resolution No. 1580.11/15 delegating authority to award contracts to the District's Superintendent, Chief Business Officer, Associate Superintendent(s), and Assistant Superintendent(s) pursuant to Education Code sections 17604 and 17605.
All contracts approved by those authorized to do so pursuant to that delegation authority are to be submitted to the District's Governing Board for ratification. Contracts that do not, however, involve an item of expenditure in excess of the bid limits specified in Public Contract Code section 20111 need only be reviewed by the District's Governing Board every 60 days. The applicable bid limits are $15,000 for construction contracts and $99,100 in 2022 (adjusted annually) for the purchase of equipment, materials, supplies, non-construction services, or repairs including maintenance.

- ALULA - Addendum to contract previously approved; will provide for 4 hour Leadership Strategy Working Sessions, $18,000.00
- Digital Tat2- Will provide two virtual courses on Digital Citizenship for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students at Bubb Elementary on November 2, 2022 and November 9, 2022, No cost to the District.
- Digital Tat2- Will provide two virtual courses on Digital Citizenship for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students at Landels Elementary School on October 11, 2022 and October 28, 2022 and 1 Parent Education session for parents on November 3, 2022, No cost to the District.
- GreeneSport Association- Will provide referee services for after-school sporting events at Crittenden Middle School from October 7, 2022 through June 6, 2023, $6,000.00.
- James S. Wiltens- Will provide a four-part, in-person Beginning Leadership program for 5th graders at Imai Elementary from November 18, 2022 through December 16, 2022, $4,800.00.
- Joffe Emergency Services - Will provide an assessment of each site, a consulting contract from program development and leadership/participation in the safety committee, $31,528.00
- Quality First Services, Inc.- Will provide pressure wash of the sidewalks, hallways and eating areas, roof and gutter cleaning, district wide from October 6, 2022 through September 30, 2023, $69,760.00.
- Run for Fun- Will provide lunchtime activities for students from October 10, 2022 through December 19, 2022, $1,280.00.
- Soul Shoppe- Will provide virtual Parent Engagement classes for Bubb Elementary from October 6, 2022 through February 16, 2023, $1,750.00.
- Soul Shoppe- Will provide Free to be Digital course for all K-5 Bubb students from October 7, 2023 through June 1, 2023; plus 3 on-site lessons scheduled for Spring of 2023, $6,300.00.
- The Green Room Theater and Dance- Will provide a Theater Arts program from November 29, 2022 through March 26, 2023 for 45 Crittenden Middle School students with 3 musical performances at the end of the session, Not to exceed $27,045.00.
