Agenda Item Title: Notice of Completion - Imai Portable Project, Enviroplex DSA# 01-119599

Background:
On June 17, 2021, the Board approved the construction contract for the Imai Portable Project at Imai ES, from Measure T funds. The Board approved the award of the project to Enviroplex.
Work is now substantially complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The District currently holds retention in the amount of $12,852.34, or 5% of the final contract value. After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notices of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount, provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the filing of the Notice of Completion for the Imai Portable Project.
