Agenda Item Title: Primary Plus/Action Campus Expansion (20 minutes)

Background:
Cathy Jelic, Chief Operating Officer for Action Day - Primary Plus, will present a campus expansion plan request for the Cooper Campus site. Ms. Jelic will describe her organization's next steps if given approval to pursue the expansion. Action Day - Primary Plus will then bring back full project details such as a costs and timelines for final Board approval at a later date.
Fiscal Implication:
Staff oversight of the project and future increased lease revenue to be determined.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees discuss and provide direction for the Action Day - Primary Plus campus expansion request, as presented.
