Agenda Item Title: Crossing Guard Analysis and Funding

Background:
The City of Mountain View has provided the attached analysis and staff recommendations for additional school crossing guards in Mountain View. The City of Mountain View has a contract with All City Management Services (ACMS) to provide crossing guard services in the city. To increase the number of crossing guards MVWSD will contribute $50,000 to the program and the terms will be outlined in a forthcoming Memo of Understanding (MOU).
Fiscal Implication:
$50,000.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the allocation of $50,000, for additional crossing guards based on the City of Mountain View' analysis.
