Background:
The Consolidated Application spring release serves as the District’s formal request to the California Department of Education for state and federal categorical funding for the 2022-2023 school year. Categorical funds are restricted funds and may only be spent on items specified per categorical regulations. Consultation with District English Learner Advisory Committee was conducted and approval was secured.
Fiscal Implication:
District entitlements for the 2022-2023 school year are unknown at this time.

Title III EL student program: $118,755
Title III Immigrant student program: $14,148
Title IV, Part A LEA: $23,074
