Background: 

The master contract that would set the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and provide sufficient assurances to Palisade Builders, Inc. (Palisades) so Palisade could lock in the pricing with subcontractors.

The Second Amendment clarifies that the GMP would, instead, be payable by the District directly to Palisade.

Final agreement will be brought at Board of Trustees meeting.
