Agenda Item Title:  Management Salary Schedule Update

Background: 

The Board approved the Tentative Agreement and  salary increase with MVEA in April. This increase included an adjustment to stipends. In accordance with past practice, staff recommends adjusting the stipends of management  at the same level. The only adjustment reflected in the attached schedules is to the stipend amounts listed. 

Proposed salary schedules for 2021-2024 are attached and reflect the following:

Degree Stipends- annual stipend to be paid for each of the following degrees (limit two; prorated by FTE):

Doctorate $ 2,700, Masters $2,500, National Board Certified Teachers $2,500
