Agenda Item Title: Approval of Schematic Design, Budget and Schedule for the District Wide Access Control Project

Background:
During the Board of Trustees Meeting on January 20, 2022, the Board awarded a Design Services Contract to prepare bridging documents for a Design-Build Contract for the District Wide Access Control Project to Guidepost Solutions, LLC.
Following site investigations and programming meetings with District staff, Guidepost Solutions has completed the design development portion of the project and prepared bridging documents for the design build project. Those designs, budget and schedule are now complete and being presented for review.
Diagram of camera locations will be added to the district website.
Fiscal Implication:
Measure T Bond Program - $5,892,041.00.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve the schematic design, budget and schedule presented for the District Wide Access Control Project.
