Background: 

Staff is presenting a report for board review on the results of the annual Local Control Accountability Plan/Climate survey.   Also attached is the survey summary completed by Hanover Research who partners with the District on the annual survey.

The annual and ongoing engagement of Educational Partners is a key part of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) development or revision process.  It is important that the goals and actions within the LCAP are informed by the voices of students, families, staff, and community members.

MVWSD administered an annual survey in February 2022 to gather data from students, parents, staff.  The data collected was analyzed and used in the development/revision of the District’s 2022-23 LCAP
