Agenda Item Title: Notice of Completion - Districtwide Perimeter Controls Project- Golden Bay Fence Plus Iron Works Inc.

Background:
On September 17, 2020, the Board approved the construction contract for the District Wide Perimeter Controls Phase 1 Project from Measure T funds. The Board approved the award of the project to Golden Bay Fencing Inc.
Work on this project is now substantially complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The District currently holds retention in the amount of $47,725.53, or 5% of the final contract value. After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notices of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the filing of the Notice of Completion for the District Wide Perimeter Controls Project.
